I have bought multiple vehicles from here and have always been impressed by the sales staff so I keep coming back for service and they never disappoint!
I drive extensively for work, I bring my Silverado in for all of it's preventative maintenance and work that needs to be done. Dustin is great about keeping me informed about what services are recommended for keeping my pickup in perfect working order. He communicates well, is timely with responses when I have a question and takes the time to explain each recommended action needed. He is the biggest reason I continue to bring my pickup back to Fowler.

I have had good experiences here in the past, but my most recent experience was much worse. I dropped my car off on a Friday mid-day and was told it would be ready the following Tuesday. I gave them my car warranty information when I dropped my car off. Took longer than expected, oil dripped off my undercarriage for a couple of days and had oil smudged on my door.
Experienced EV techs, great service, provided transport which was very important since we are relatively far away and they needed the car all day. Great new facility. (I do wish they would get their car wash working and top off the charge, though)
I brought my 2025 Chevrolet Equinox (12,600 miles) to Fowler Chevrolet for a recurring Check Engine Light (code P04FB). Despite this being a warranty issue, the service department cleared the code without providing a real repair. I was told that “GM doesn’t know what to do,” even though proper GM procedures require a TAC case and relevant diagnostics.
They referenced the wrong bulletin (PIP6059B), did not follow the correct diagnostic steps for P04FB, and sent me home with the same issue. The CEL came back immediately. This has already required multiple visits with no resolution.

My truck was in for a week for warranty work. When I came to pick it, it was very dirty. When I asked why it wasn't washed, the response was the washer was not working. Sad response. Doesn't take much to hand wash a car.. And there were techs just standing around, so it wasn't like your staff was busy.. Disappointed that customer service isn't there... Plus I had to call in to find out that my truck was repaired and ready to be picked up.
I brought a 2026 Chevy Colorado from Fowler. Golden Porter was a excellent salesman . Plus everyone was great to work with. I would recommend them highly .

Tucked into our purchase agreement was a $995 charge for a “Colorado package”. Upon closer review this turned out to be an optional limited warranty for paint and fabric protection. This optional package was thrown onto our purchase without our request and absent any mention or explanation from our dealer or financing agent and buried in the paperwork terms for the purchase. Went to purchase a vehicle from this dealership. When deciding I used the online purchasing tool. Received sign e-documents for power of attorney and purchase agreements. Along with email confirming and congratulating me on my purchase. See photos.... Likely have a legal case.

My car was in bad shape. Everything was explained to me and was done professionally. No complaints here. They did a professional job as should be at a dealership.
We have a 2019 Yukon with 150,000 miles on it. He is always upfront and honest with repairs and maintenance needs as well as timing.
Easy check-in. I was kept informed on progress. Nothing to dislike or be concerned with by the maintenance performed or the front service personnel. James was helpful and everyone else would ask if there was anything they could help me with when James was not available and with someone else.

Sara & I discussed possibly needing a new key fob after I misplaced mine. She provided excellent customer service- detailed product information, returning calls in follow-up, etc. Her customer service is a rare find these days.

Everyone was really nice and I didn't feel pressured to make a decision about the recommended repairs, which I really appreciated. I wish they had complimentary snacks in the waiting area, though! $1.25 for a small bag of popcorn is A LOT.

The car sellers at Fowler in Broomfield did not know the most basic facts about trading in a vehicle in Colorado. They misled and misinformed us, filled out the purchase paperwork incorrectly, and cost us thousands of extra dollars in double tax. It's never easy to pay a lot of money to get your vehicle fixed, especially when you don't drive it much, but Fowler's service made it much easier with their excellent service. Dustin had the parts available and had our car back to us in less than 24 hours and he kept us notified of every step of the process.
Marcus listens, understands, cares and shows genuine concern for you automotive problem. Will offer solutions when you need to leave your auto and you have no back up. Great customer service.

I've been taking my Blazer to these guys for two years. They are the best service shop around. Robert Hatfield was super easy to work with. Helped me get back up to them and even stayed after closing hours to make sure I got my vehicle back that day. I Couldn't recommend him and his team more. My car always leaves driving like new with these guys.
The service advisor Robert Hatfield kept me informed about the progress of my repairs. I had play in the drivetrain which turned out to be a broken motor mount along with an oil leak. My Avalanche has over 181k and it’s now running & driving like new!

JJ is the most awesome car salesperson I've ever dealt with. Very knowledgeable, not just about the vehicle, but the purchase process, including the rebates. He is clearly a car enthusiast who owns a Chevy EV himself. He went quite out of his way to give me the opportunity to test drive a base model Chevy Equinox (< $35k MSRP), which have been in very high demand. In terms of the ride, the car wasn't quite what I'm looking for, but that's very subjective and my experience with the dealership was outstanding!

I took my Tahoe in for the 100k mile service and a couple other issues. Got a nail in my tire on my 2022 Silverado. Took it back to Fowler Chevrolet where I bought the truck from. Paul Farrow in service was fantastic, head above all else. He recommended some awesome but affordable tires. The tires were replaced immediately so I could get back to work and shuttling kids around. Have had several vehicles serviced by Fowler with nothing but exceptional customer service and efficiency.
I do not recommend it, false advertising. Roger Gomez and Alonso Rodriguez bad persons, they did not even respect their own offers and stopped responding, do not leave your money in this place of lies.

Sold me a fake paint protection. Refused to reapply or stand behind the product when paint faded. They gave us the run around for weeks and weeks and now after receiving bad reviews they have become totally unresponsive.

My vehicle was in serious need of repair. My service advisor, Rob Hatfield, was so helpful every step of the way. He sent pictures, answered all my questions and best of all, called and kept in touch as promised. When I called the service department, someone always answered instead of the call going to voicemail.
Robbie took good care during my service appointment. Much appreciated.
We had differences of opinion on our trade in. And they gave me a hard time with all their Dealer extra profit add on. I would have walked because of that alone, but my partner really wanted that exact car. So the dealer xxxxx us and we got a car.
We had a great experience (again!) while purchasing a vehicle from here. Carlos in Sales was excellent, easy to work and made the process as smooth as possible. Highly recommend!
Shady took my car in for services & i dont know if any of the services were actually done. Got the car back with service transmission light still on after getting it services & the rear tires were supposed to get rotated because another tire shop put them on wrong, but they are still on wrong direction, they are directional rolling opposite way. Trust is lost. Can't trust that place anymore.

Horrible Service - Horrible!!!. I bought my car there and tried to have it serviced - as scheduled, often to complete Chevrolet recalls. At least three times, on arrival, I was told that they couldn't perform the requested service - on that day - at that time - even though it was on their schedule - for weeks -- why does Chevrolet send reminders if they aren't going to be able to perform the service. I will try another dealer.
Service prices are very high! Had a brake light out, not the bulb, so ordered board that was $60! Amazon less than $20 ! Charged me $250 for labor! Two screws in lens and three in board. Very easy to take off. $38 on shop supplies! He used a screw driver! Total bill over $360 ! New board was defective - manager told me, may need wiring harness !!! Poor customer service. Refused to assist me on my lease end purchase. They only finance.
The service here was awesome. We moved my daughter from Illinois to Colorado and before we left, we ended up having car troubles. The staff were able to work out getting our car in and fixed. They even texted us when we were about 600 miles away just to make sure everything was still okay.I will definitely return in the future.
I'm not sure if this location is under staffed or just plain to busy.I took my truck in for a simple maintenance job and 3 weeks later it was completed.The techs here are great they do quality work but plan on leaving your vehicle for weeks.
Dropped 2018 Bolt off for svc. Smooth operation, took 10 minutes to get in and out. Loaner 2020 Buick encore, not too shabby.

I am not generally a dealer person for follow up service, however Century / Fowler have turned me into one. This dealership actually cares about the customer and the services provided to you. They have been taking care of our cars for about 8 years now and have purchased our last 2 cars there. Would not hesitate to refer them,,, and we have. You won't be disappointed

Service folks and their communication is good. Pricing here is very high, but also common for most dealerships. After spending $2200.00 on a radiator and new hoses I feel a car wash would be nice. I do recall a time where you could get your oil changed and they would wash your car.

Buying experience was great, very upfront and transparent. Juan the finance guy is awesome! The sales manager I spoke with is awesome as well. Now, buyer be warned, my sales person is absolutely horrible at communication. My sales person will ask for something (I.e. document, proof of income, something of that sort), I’ll send it over and a couple days later management will be asking for the same thing so clearly what I had to send went no further than the sales guy. OK, I've always had great service from Century Chevy, but my last two service appointments were awful, and the last one is downright ridiculous. The previous visit, for a replacement tire, was bad, but not as frustrating. It took a month to get the part, they never answered phones, and never called me back to schedule the install. I eventually had to just drive to the dealership and talk to them directly.
